A self-funded renovate-to-sell project completed in 2010, this complete villa refurbishment was originally built in 1910.
This renovation project was a complete solo job. Nigel’s carpentry and joinery skills were used extensively this project, as he replicated many of the original characteristics. Only 20% of the original structure remained.
The end result was a modern, 3-bed, 2-bath, family home with lots of character.
